What Reqora handles

  • Secure upload links tied to each request.
  • Clear checklist visibility for staff review.
  • Reminder timing that does not rely on manual follow-up.

The problem

Email chasing breaks down as soon as the work becomes recurring.

Small accounting firms lose time every month because document collection lives across inboxes, manual reminders, and missing context.

Too much manual follow-up

Teams keep rewriting the same reminder emails for bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and year-end requests.

Clients work in different languages

The request flow needs to feel clear and local for clients in Luxembourg, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

No shared request visibility

Staff need one place to see what was uploaded, what is missing, and what is ready for review.

How it works

Reqora keeps the workflow simple from request to review.

The open public beta focuses on one job: helping firms request documents, receive uploads, and close the loop without a client portal.

01

Create a request

Start from a template or from scratch, choose the client, and confirm the checklist items and due date.
02

Send one secure link

The client receives a localized request email with a secure upload link and can upload each item without logging in.
03

Review and complete

Staff approve or reject uploaded items, track overdue work, and complete the request only when everything is approved.

Use cases

Built for the recurring document collection work firms already do.

Reqora is designed around the request patterns that repeat every month, quarter, and year.

Monthly bookkeeping

Request bank statements, purchase invoices, sales documents, and other recurring bookkeeping inputs in one structured checklist.

Quarterly VAT

Keep VAT collection on a clear deadline with one request, localized reminders, and visible upload status for each item.

Payroll inputs

Collect payroll changes, attendance files, and payroll support documents without chasing clients through scattered inbox threads.

Year-end close

Handle the bigger year-end checklist with the same secure request flow, review process, and activity history.

Product preview

A clear workflow from request to review.

The public beta keeps the product narrow and operational: send requests, receive uploads, review documents, and track what is complete.

Request overview

The team sees one request status, one due date, and one checklist instead of hunting through email threads.

Open public beta

Live for real firms, still intentionally narrow.

Reqora open public beta focuses on document requests, uploads, reminders, review, and billing. It does not try to be full practice management software.

The product is live and usable for real document collection work.

The beta scope stays deliberately focused so the workflow remains reliable.

Feedback from early firms will shape the first improvements after beta.

FAQ

The main questions firms ask before joining the beta.

Reqora stays clear about what the open public beta does today and what it intentionally leaves out.

Who is Reqora for?

Reqora is built for small accounting and bookkeeping firms that repeatedly collect documents from clients for bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and year-end work.

Do clients need a login?

No. Clients receive a secure request link and can upload each requested document without creating an account or opening a client portal.

Which languages are supported?

The open public beta supports English, French, Dutch, and German for the app, request emails, reminder emails, and the public upload page.

How are files handled?

Uploads are stored privately in Supabase Storage, request links use secure tokens, and the public route only exposes the specific request tied to that token.

Where are client documents hosted?

In the current production setup, client documents are stored in Supabase in the AWS eu-central-1 region in Frankfurt, Germany. Reqora server functions run on Vercel in the FRA1 region, also in Frankfurt, Germany.

How does beta pricing work?

Pricing is monthly only during the open public beta. There are no annual plans, no usage-based add-ons, and no hidden overage traps in the beta.

Can I cancel later?

Yes. Billing is owner-managed, and cancellation is handled from the billing settings after checkout.
