Privacy Policy
How Reqora handles account data, client contact details, uploaded documents, and billing records for the open public beta.
Last updated April 3, 2026
What this policy covers
Reqora processes workspace account details, client contact records, request metadata, uploaded files, and subscription data needed to operate the service.
Data we collect
The product stores account identity details, workspace settings, client names and emails, request history, upload metadata, activity logs, and the private files that clients submit through secure links.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, send request and reminder emails, store private uploads, review request progress, and keep billing records in sync with Stripe.
Storage and security
Reqora stores application data and private uploads in Supabase and billing data in Stripe. Uploaded files remain private, are not exposed through public URLs, and are only available to the workspace that owns the request.
Hosting location
In the current production setup, application data and uploaded client documents are stored in Supabase in the AWS eu-central-1 region, located in Frankfurt, Germany. Reqora server functions run on Vercel in the FRA1 region, also in Frankfurt, Germany.
Retention
Workspace data stays available while the account is active. The open public beta does not yet apply an automated document-retention policy, so uploaded files remain stored until a later retention rule is implemented.
