The main terms for using Reqora during the locked MVP launch.

Service scope
Reqora provides a secure workflow for creating document requests, collecting client uploads, sending reminders, reviewing files, and managing billing for the locked MVP.
Workspace accounts
Each workspace is responsible for its team access, client records, request content, and the correctness of the information entered into the product.
Client documents
You are responsible for the legality of the files and data your workspace requests, uploads, stores, or reviews through Reqora.
Billing
Paid access uses Stripe subscription billing with monthly plans only. The workspace owner is responsible for selecting a plan and keeping billing details current.
Termination and access
Reqora may limit product access when a recorded subscription becomes inactive. Workspace owners can also stop using the service at any time.
Liability
Reqora is provided on a best-effort basis for the locked MVP. To the extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
